Located inside the Omni Nashville Hotel, in the heart of Sobro, we are a three-meal-a-day restaurant, led by Executive Chef David Harker and Chef de Cuisine, Cristian Mosquera.

 

Since 2013, we have been serving traditional Southern dishes handed down from generation to generation at Kitchen Notes, offering farm-fresh, sustainable dishes made from treasured family recipes. Our biscuit bar serves four different biscuits throughout the day — our classic buttermilk, gluten free, and daring new culinary adventures in our sweet and savory options.

Kitchen Notes’ interior mimics the comfort of your grandmother’s kitchen, while also reflecting the soul of Music City. The bright and sprawling L shape of the restaurant offers the choice to observe passers-by or watch the art of cooking as it occurs in the open-kitchen dining room. There are also two enclosed dining rooms that can be reserved for private events or utilized for more intimate dining.
